As amazing as the ereaders are, Friends’ board member Dana Keep believes that there will always be a place for books in print. Dana’s bookshelves are filled with children’s books, including her childhood favorite, I Like You by Sandol Warburg, as well as many American history books and biographies. If not volunteering at the library book sales, Dana can be found doing work as a career coach or with her two sons. If the stars align, she would like to be sitting by a fire reading books about her favorite current topic... positive psychology, recent research on the brain, and creativity. Or she might pick up Gift from the Sea by Anne Morrow Lindbergh, a beloved book that she re-reads from time to time.
